About Peter

 I am seeking a role where I can make a significant impact and continue my history of driving results in this field through a foundation of operational excellence.  I have executed programs that validate successful onboarding and deploy effective methods to maximize adoption and retention revenue. I believe I can improve renewals forecasting, GRR, and NRR.

 

With extensive experience in customer account management, my focus is always on ensuring early time to value, which drives high adoption, expansion, and renewals. I take a cross-functional approach, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, customer success, support, and product management to drive success. My background also includes deep experience in sales, professional services, and support.  I view most tasks through the lens of new or retained revenue.

 

I have successfully built and scaled global teams from the ground up and I am a hands-on leader with a “get it done” mentality. I’ve redefined playbooks and implemented simple yet effective methodologies that validate outcomes, leading to expansion and predictable renewals. As a player-coach, I lead by example and actively engage with my teams in the field. My experience has fostered a strong sense of urgency that I bring to every challenge.  I am comfortable engaging with and presenting to senior and board leadership.
