We are seeking a highly strategic Chief Administrative Officer to oversee enterprise administrative governance, operational infrastructure, policy alignment, and institutional effectiveness at a global scale.

This is not a departmental oversight role. This is an enterprise coordination and governance mandate.


Job Function

The Chief Administrative Officer will oversee corporate services, including facilities management, enterprise operations support, administrative policy governance, shared services, enterprise risk coordination, and strategic business operations alignment.

The CAO will ensure seamless integration across clinical, operational, and corporate administrative functions while driving efficiency, compliance, and enterprise-wide operational cohesion.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide administrative strategy across hospital networks and corporate functions
  • Oversee facilities operations, infrastructure services, and enterprise support functions
  • Develop governance frameworks for administrative policy compliance across regions
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization across shared services
  • Coordinate cross-functional administrative initiatives across clinical and non-clinical divisions
  • Oversee vendor governance and large-scale service contracts
  • Guide enterprise risk coordination across operational domains
  • Lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery administrative oversight
  • Align workforce administration, compliance, and support services with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee administrative budgeting and capital allocation for support services
  • Support digital transformation initiatives across enterprise support systems
  • Provide executive-level reporting on operational performance metrics
  • Ensure alignment between administrative functions and patient-centered care delivery

Strategic Support

  • Advise the CEO and Board on enterprise administrative risk and operational readiness
  • Support multi-hospital expansion and integration initiatives
  • Contribute to M&A due diligence and post-acquisition operational integration
  • Align corporate governance standards across international regions
  • Strengthen compliance with healthcare regulatory frameworks
  • Support ESG and sustainability initiatives within operational infrastructure

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience
  • 8+ years in healthcare systems, large enterprise administration, or highly regulated industries
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-site administrative operations
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience overseeing large-scale facilities and shared services operations
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives
  • Strong financial acumen in cost management and operational budgeting
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in presenting to Boards and regulatory bodies

Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $300,000 – $416,000 USD
