About the Role

Our organization is seeking a distinguished Chief Client Relations Officer (CCRO) to lead the global client engagement strategy for a premier investment management and financial advisory firm serving institutional investors, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals across international markets. The Chief Client Relations Officer will operate at the intersection of relationship management, strategic growth, and executive client engagement. This role will oversee a global client relations organization responsible for managing key institutional partnerships, strengthening client satisfaction, and ensuring that the firm consistently delivers exceptional value through its financial advisory services, investment platforms, and wealth management solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the firm’s global client relations strategy focused on strengthening institutional partnerships and client engagement.

• Oversee global client relationship management teams responsible for servicing institutional investors, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.

• Develop client engagement frameworks that ensure consistent, high-quality service across all client touchpoints.

• Strengthen long-term client partnerships by guiding strategic conversations around investment performance, portfolio strategies, and financial planning solutions.

• Collaborate with investment management and advisory teams to ensure client needs are effectively addressed through tailored financial solutions.

• Establish performance metrics that evaluate client satisfaction, relationship strength, and service delivery effectiveness.

• Lead executive-level client engagement initiatives, including strategic advisory meetings and institutional partnership development.

• Implement client relationship management technologies and analytics platforms that enhance client insights and engagement.

• Oversee initiatives designed to improve client retention, expand client relationships, and strengthen the firm’s reputation for exceptional service.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

• MBA, CFA, or advanced degree in finance, investment management, or business leadership strongly preferred.

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in client relations, institutional relationship management, or financial advisory services.

• Minimum 8+ years in executive or senior leadership roles within investment management, wealth management, or financial services organizations.

• Demonstrated experience managing high-value institutional client relationships and global client portfolios.

• Strong understanding of investment management strategies, portfolio advisory services, and financial market dynamics.

• Proven experience building scalable client engagement programs within global financial organizations.

• Experience leading large teams responsible for client service, relationship management, and client engagement strategy.

• Strong financial acumen and ability to guide strategic investment discussions with institutional clients.

Total Compensation Package: $315,000 – $417,000
