As a result, we are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead all revenue-generating functions and shape the organization’s global commercial strategy.

The Chief Commercial Officer will oversee global sales, business development, strategic partnerships, customer success, and revenue operations, ensuring alignment across all commercial functions to drive sustainable growth and market leadership. This executive will work closely with the CEO, board of directors, and executive leadership team to define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that maximizes revenue, expands market share, and strengthens customer relationships.

This role requires a visionary commercial leader with deep expertise in enterprise technology markets, complex sales environments, and global business expansion.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s global commercial strategy, aligning sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success functions.

• Lead global revenue generation efforts across enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances.

• Oversee the full commercial lifecycle, including pipeline development, deal execution, customer retention, and expansion strategies.

• Build and scale high-performing global teams across sales, business development, account management, and customer success.

• Drive revenue growth through new market entry, vertical expansion, and product monetization strategies.

• Establish and optimize go-to-market (GTM) frameworks, pricing strategies, and sales enablement programs.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align commercial strategy with product innovation and customer needs.

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with global system integrators, technology partners, and enterprise clients.

• Implement advanced revenue operations (RevOps) and performance management frameworks.

• Lead complex negotiations and close large-scale, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.

• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.

• Provide executive-level reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health, and growth initiatives to the CEO and board.

• Drive a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and customer-centricity across all commercial functions.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial leadership, enterprise sales, or revenue operations.

• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth within global enterprise technology or SaaS organizations.

• Strong experience in managing large global sales organizations and multi-regional commercial teams.

• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, strategic partnerships, and complex deal structures.

• Experience in AI platforms, cloud solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation services is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies at scale.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing revenue forecasting and commercial performance metrics.

• Experience working closely with executive leadership and presenting to board-level stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $430,000 – $519,000
