The Chief Digital Growth Officer is a C-suite role responsible for accelerating revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion through digital strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional execution. This executive owns growth across digital channels, products, and platforms while partnering closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
This role is ideal for a senior growth leader who combines commercial acumen, digital expertise, and a strong operating mindset.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and lead enterprise digital growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion.
- Own revenue growth initiatives driven by digital channels, platforms, and product-led growth models.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to influence roadmap decisions that accelerate growth outcomes.
- Lead experimentation, testing, and optimization programs across digital touchpoints and customer journeys.
- Drive adoption of data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to inform growth decisions.
- Align Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams around unified growth objectives and metrics.
- Oversee performance tracking, growth dashboards, and executive reporting tied to revenue and customer KPIs.
- Identify new growth opportunities, including new markets, segments, partnerships, and digital offerings.
- Guide pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy in collaboration with Finance and Product leadership.
- Build and lead high-performing growth, analytics, and digital strategy teams.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Digital Growth, Revenue Strategy, Product-Led Growth, or Commercial Leadership roles.
- Proven track record driving scalable growth in technology-enabled or digital-first organizations.
- Deep understanding of digital channels, customer analytics, experimentation frameworks, and growth metrics.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales at the executive level.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing and revenue optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to boards and senior stakeholders.
