We are seeking a Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer (CDIO) to architect and oversee a comprehensive, enterprise-wide DEI strategy that strengthens organizational culture, accelerates equitable career pathways, and fosters belonging across a workforce spanning multiple regions, business units, and global functions. This leader will shape long-range DEI vision, guide senior executives toward inclusive decision-making, and build frameworks that scale across a fast-growing organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise DEI strategy aligned with business priorities, culture goals, and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership to embed inclusion and equity into all core people practices (talent acquisition, compensation, leadership development, performance management, succession planning).
- Lead global DEI programs, policies, and participation frameworks across all business units and geographic regions.
- Oversee DEI governance, reporting structures, and measurable KPIs related to representation, mobility, leadership diversity, engagement, and inclusion sentiment.
- Enhance DEI analytics and dashboards in partnership with HR, Talent Intelligence, and People Data teams.
- Create leadership development programs and inclusive leadership training for managers, senior leaders, and emerging talent.
- Strengthen Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by providing operational support, structure, budgets, and cross-collaboration opportunities.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for DEI-related audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance initiatives.
- Represent the organization externally at industry forums, conferences, universities, and community partnerships.
- Influence decision-making by advising the CEO, CHRO, Board committees, and global leadership teams on cultural and organizational opportunities.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or Culture Leadership.
- 6+ years in senior or executive DEI roles within global or large-scale organizations.
- Deep understanding of DEI analytics, workforce insights, equitable talent systems, and behavior-based leadership practices.
- Strong experience partnering with C-suite, HR, Legal, Talent, Learning & Development, and Corporate Communications.
- Proven ability to build metrics-driven programs that improve representation, retention, and culture outcomes.
- Expertise with global DEI regulations, compliance standards, and cultural nuances across international markets.
- Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Support enterprise workforce planning, inclusive leadership capability building, and equitable performance systems.
- Align DEI programs with corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, and global community engagement efforts.
- Guide communications strategy for internal storytelling, brand reputation, and external DEI reporting.
- Provide insight to support organizational transformation, mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale change initiatives.
Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Range: $288,000 – $348,000 USD
(Combination of base salary, performance incentives, and long-term executive rewards)
