We are seeking a visionary Chief Event Management Officer (CEMO) to lead the organization’s global event strategy and execution. This executive will oversee all aspects of event operations, including event production, logistics, partnerships, sponsorships, digital event platforms, and experiential design.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CEMO will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s global presence, driving revenue through event-driven initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional experiences across a diverse portfolio of high-profile events.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global event strategy, aligning event initiatives with business growth, brand positioning, and revenue objectives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale international events, conferences, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns.
• Lead global teams responsible for event production, logistics, operations, and on-site execution.
• Drive innovation in hybrid and digital event platforms, integrating technology to enhance audience engagement and experience.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with sponsors, vendors, venues, media partners, and global stakeholders.
• Oversee event-related revenue streams, including sponsorships, ticketing, partnerships, and brand collaborations.
• Implement operational frameworks to ensure scalability, efficiency, and consistency across global events.
• Lead contract negotiations and vendor management for high-value event production and logistics agreements.
• Ensure compliance with global safety standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to amplify event visibility and audience reach.
• Utilize data analytics to measure event performance, audience engagement, and ROI.
• Manage global event budgets, cost optimization strategies, and financial performance.
• Represent the organization at high-profile events, industry forums, and executive engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or global hospitality operations, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale international events and global event portfolios.
• Strong experience in luxury events, corporate conferences, or high-profile brand activations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics, multi-million-dollar budgets, and global vendor networks.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of event technology platforms, digital engagement tools, and hybrid event models.

Total Compensation Package: $390,000 – $515,000
