About the Role

In a world where customer expectations are defined by speed, accuracy, and reliability, fulfillment has become one of the most powerful competitive differentiators. We are seeking a Chief Fulfillment Officer to lead end-to-end fulfillment strategy and execution across a complex, global operation supporting high-volume ecommerce and omnichannel demand.

This role is designed for an executive who understands that fulfillment is no longer a back-end function. It is a customer promise, a margin driver, and a brand-defining capability. The Chief Fulfillment Officer will own warehouse operations, distribution networks, last-mile delivery strategy, and fulfillment technology across multiple regions.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, you will partner closely with the CEO, COO, Chief Supply Chain Officer, Technology leadership, and Commercial teams to scale fulfillment capabilities while improving cost efficiency, service levels, and resilience. You will lead modernization initiatives that integrate automation, data, and predictive analytics into daily operations.
