To support this growth, we are seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the global people strategy and build a world-class HR function that aligns talent with business objectives.
The CHRO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO and board of directors to shape organizational culture, leadership development, workforce planning, and talent strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, total rewards, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, and HR technology transformation.
This is a highly strategic role requiring a leader who can balance operational excellence with forward-thinking people strategies to support a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global human capital strategy aligned with business growth, innovation, and organizational transformation goals.
• Lead all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Design and implement scalable organizational structures and workforce planning strategies to support rapid global expansion.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and overall employee experience.
• Oversee the development of leadership pipelines and succession planning frameworks across all levels of the organization.
• Establish competitive and equitable total rewards strategies, including compensation, incentives, and benefits programs.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
• Implement advanced HR analytics and data-driven decision-making frameworks to optimize workforce performance.
• Partner with executive leadership to manage organizational change, mergers & acquisitions integration, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee compliance with global labor laws, employment regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Lead the adoption of HR technology platforms, digital HR solutions, and automation tools.
• Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors.
• Build and lead a high-performing global HR organization capable of supporting long-term business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• MBA, Master’s degree in HR, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience at the executive or C-suite level.
• Proven track record of leading global HR functions within large-scale technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations.
• Deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce transformation.
• Experience managing HR across multiple regions and navigating complex global labor environments.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, executive rewards, and performance management systems.
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership and presenting to board-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms, people analytics, and digital HR transformation.

Total Compensation Package: $330,000 – $495,000
