You will be responsible for leading the entire technology landscape from IT operations and cloud adoption to architecture modernisation, enterprise systems, digital transformation initiatives, and organisational change. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Digital Strategy: Build and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with long-range business goals.
  • Technology Leadership: Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cloud strategy, cybersecurity alignment, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Transformation Governance: Lead large-scale modernisation initiatives, change management programs, and operational transformation efforts.
  • Architecture Modernisation: Drive systems modernisation, legacy migration, integration frameworks, and enterprise architecture evolution.
  • IT Operations Excellence: Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across infrastructure, cloud, network, monitoring, and service delivery.
  • Innovation & Automation: Accelerate adoption of automation, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and intelligent workflows across business units.
  • Budget & Portfolio Management: Own IT budgets, capital investments, vendor contracts, and technology procurement strategy.
  • Cybersecurity Alignment: Partner with security leaders to ensure risk mitigation, compliance, and enterprise-wide resilience.
  • Executive Communications: Present technology strategies, transformation updates, and operational insights to senior leaders and board-level stakeholders.
  • Culture & Talent Leadership: Build high-performing teams across IT, transformation, and digital innovation functions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in IT, digital transformation, cloud strategy, enterprise technology, or large-scale operations, with 7+ years in senior executive roles.
  • Proven success leading technology modernisation programs, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise IT operations.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, distributed systems, cybersecurity frameworks, integration technologies, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience managing multi-regional IT environments and high-availability infrastructures.
  • Strong background in technology governance, portfolio management, vendor negotiation, and multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills and proven ability to partner with C-Suite, board leaders, and cross-functional executives.

Strategic Support

  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, COO, CFO, CISO, and Executive Leadership Team on digital priorities, operational maturity, and technology investments.
  • Support corporate planning initiatives, M&A integrations, and enterprise expansion decisions.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to align digital capabilities with organisational growth.
  • Lead technology governance, decision frameworks, and communication models that align the entire enterprise.
  • Influence long-range planning across product innovation, data strategy, and modernisation cycles.

Working Conditions

  • Remote role with periodic travel for leadership summits, technology reviews, transformation workshops, and board meetings.
  • Requires flexibility to collaborate across global time zones and respond during major incidents or transformation milestones.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $245,000 – $298,000
  • Executive Bonus: Annual performance-based incentive
  • Long-Term Incentives: Equity, stock grants, or LTIP eligibility
