Industry: U.S. Global Investment Banking & Capital Markets Infrastructure
Executive Leadership Team | Reports to: Chief Executive Officer & Board Risk Committee
Location: Remote – United States
About the Organization
We are a U.S.-headquartered global investment banking and capital markets platform operating across advisory, structured finance, institutional trading, asset management, and cross-border capital solutions.
Our enterprise processes high-volume, low-latency financial transactions across global markets while maintaining strict regulatory compliance, cybersecurity resilience, and operational continuity. We operate in a capital-intensive, highly regulated ecosystem where infrastructure reliability, secure data architecture, and technology modernization directly impact profitability, institutional trust, and regulatory standing.
As algorithmic trading, AI-driven risk modeling, distributed cloud architecture, and regulatory technology (RegTech) reshape financial markets, we are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, information governance, cybersecurity architecture, and digital transformation, with a fully remote role within the United States.
This is not a traditional IT oversight role. This is a mission-critical enterprise infrastructure mandate at an institutional scale.
