About the Role
Investment leadership at scale is not about chasing returns; it is about building resilient, disciplined portfolios that deliver sustainable performance across market cycles. We are seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead the enterprise investment strategy for a global organization with significant assets under management across public markets, private capital, and alternative investments.
This role is designed for a senior investment executive who combines deep market insight with institutional rigor. The CIO will own the investment philosophy, asset allocation strategy, portfolio construction, and risk framework, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives, liquidity needs, and fiduciary responsibilities.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the CIO will guide investment decision-making across equities, fixed income, private equity, real assets, credit, and opportunistic strategies. You will work closely with the CEO, Board, and Investment Committee to evaluate macroeconomic trends, manage downside risk, and capture long-term value creation opportunities.
This is not a caretaker role. It is a mandate to shape the investment platform, strengthen governance, modernize analytics, and position the organization for durable performance in evolving global markets.
