The Chief Legal Services Officer (CLSO) will lead the global legal services delivery organization, responsible for transforming how legal services are delivered across the enterprise. This role focuses on operational excellence, legal service scalability, process optimization, and technology-enabled legal delivery systems.
This is a high-impact executive leadership role requiring deep expertise in legal operations, enterprise service delivery, contract management systems, regulatory execution, and large-scale legal process transformation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead global legal services delivery strategy and enterprise legal operations framework.
- Oversee large-scale contract lifecycle management (CLM), legal intake, and matter management systems.
- Design and optimize standardized legal service delivery models across global business units.
- Implement AI-driven tools for legal workflow automation, document review, and compliance tracking.
- Manage high-volume legal operations, including contracts, regulatory filings, and legal support services.
- Improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time across enterprise legal service functions.
- Establish service-level agreements (SLAs) for internal legal clients and business units.
- Lead transformation of legal operations through digital platforms and legal technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure service integration.
- Monitor performance metrics, including efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality benchmarks.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field; JD preferred.
- 15–25+ years of experience in legal operations, legal services management, or enterprise legal delivery roles.
- Strong experience leading large-scale legal operations or shared services organizations.
- Proven expertise in contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and legal technology platforms.
- Experience in global enterprise, consulting, or technology-driven organizations preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and enterprise legal processes.
- Track record of delivering operational efficiency and service transformation in legal functions.

- Compensation Package: $400,000 – $520,000 base + executive bonus + long-term incentives
