Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize daily business operations, driving excellence across functions including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Technology.
- Oversee the design and execution of business strategies that achieve operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to set organizational goals, align resources, and translate strategic priorities into executable plans.
- Champion cross-departmental collaboration and accountability through measurable performance frameworks.
- Build and manage high-performing teams while promoting a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Develop operational KPIs and ensure metrics are consistently achieved across global business units.
- Oversee enterprise-level transformation projects, including digital modernization, automation, and business process optimization.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for compliance, risk management, and governance initiatives.
- Strengthen relationships with external stakeholders, strategic partners, and global clients to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 7+ years in senior operational management or C-suite roles.
- Proven record of leading enterprise transformation, scalability initiatives, and cross-functional integration within global organizations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and driving measurable performance improvement.
- Strong financial literacy with a strategic understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs.
- Deep knowledge of business process optimization, digital transformation, and organizational change management.
Strategic Support
- Serve as the operational right hand to the CEO, ensuring business strategy translates into measurable results.
- Partner with executive leaders across Finance, Technology, HR, and Marketing to align on growth initiatives.
- Lead the Operational Excellence Council, driving accountability for transformation programs and efficiency outcomes.
- Support Board and Investor communications with data-driven insights on operational performance.
Working Conditions
