About the Role

Procurement at enterprise scale is no longer a transactional function; it is a strategic lever for margin expansion, resilience, innovation, and long-term enterprise value. We are seeking a Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to lead and redefine procurement strategy across a complex, global organization operating at scale.

This role is built for a senior executive who has successfully transformed procurement into a value-creation engine, balancing cost discipline with supplier innovation, risk management, sustainability, and digital enablement. The CPO will own a global sourcing strategy across direct and indirect spend, capital expenditures, strategic services, and technology, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar spend portfolio across regions and business units.

Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the CFO, COO, and Chief Supply Chain Officer, the Chief Procurement Officer will shape enterprise strategy through supplier ecosystems, advanced analytics, AI-driven sourcing, and governance models that drive transparency, accountability, and performance.
This is a high-impact role for a leader ready to influence the enterprise at the highest level, building resilient supply partnerships, strengthening margins, and positioning procurement as a competitive advantage.
