About the Role

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end product vision across a diverse, global portfolio. This role goes far beyond roadmap ownership—it shapes how customer needs, market opportunity, technology, and commercial strategy converge into world-class products.
The CPO will lead multi-disciplinary product organizations spanning product management, design, research, analytics, and lifecycle management. You will partner closely with the CEO, CTO, Chief Data Officer, and commercial leaders to ensure products are scalable, differentiated, and positioned for sustainable growth in highly competitive markets.
This is a role for a proven product executive who thrives in complexity, understands enterprise-scale platforms, and can translate strategy into execution at a global scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise-wide product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
- Lead and scale global product management, UX, and product operations teams.
- Drive product portfolio decisions aligned with corporate growth, revenue, and innovation goals.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, optimization, and retirement.
- Partner with Technology and Engineering leadership to align architecture and delivery priorities.
- Champion customer-centric design using research, analytics, and market intelligence.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics for product performance.
- Prioritize guide development across competing initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
- Represent product strategy at executive, board, and investor-level discussions.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in product leadership roles within enterprise or platform-based organizations.
- Proven experience serving as a senior product executive (VP Product, Head of Product, or CPO).
- Strong background in digital platforms, SaaS, data-driven products, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrated success scaling product organizations across regions and business units.
- Deep understanding of modern product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership, boards, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
