About the Role
At enterprise scale, product leadership defines the company’s future, how it competes, how it grows, and how it creates durable value for customers. We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to own the vision, strategy, and execution of a global product portfolio powering a complex, technology-driven enterprise.
This role is designed for a senior product executive who can operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, customer value, and financial performance. The CPO will lead a large, multi-disciplinary product organization spanning product management, product strategy, platform innovation, and lifecycle execution. You will define where the company invests, which problems it solves, and how products scale across markets, customers, and ecosystems.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the CPO will partner closely with the CEO, CTO, COO, CFO, and commercial leaders to align product vision with business strategy. You will guide the evolution from roadmap-driven delivery to outcome-driven product operating models, embedding customer insight, data, and experimentation into how decisions are made.
This is not a feature-delivery role. It is a mandate to build a world-class product organization, modernize platforms, accelerate innovation, and ensure products deliver measurable impact on growth, margin, customer experience, and long-term enterprise value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across all product lines and platforms.
- Lead and scale a global product organization, including product management, product strategy, and portfolio governance.
- Align product strategy with corporate objectives, growth priorities, and financial targets.
- Partner with Engineering and Technology leadership to modernize platforms and accelerate innovation.
- Drive customer-centric product discovery, data-driven prioritization, and outcome-based delivery.
- Establish product operating models, decision frameworks, and governance at enterprise scale.
- Oversee product lifecycle management from concept through launch, growth, and optimization.
- Ensure products meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, reliability, and compliance.
- Define and track product success metrics tied to revenue, adoption, retention, and customer value.
- Represent product strategy in executive forums, board discussions, and key customer engagements.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product leadership roles within enterprise technology or platform-based organizations.
- Proven success leading large, complex product portfolios at a global scale.
- Deep understanding of SaaS, platform economics, and data-driven product development.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with C-suite peers and influence enterprise strategy.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience linking product decisions to revenue and profitability.
- Experience modernizing product organizations, platforms, or operating models.
- Track record of building high-performing product leadership teams.
