As we enter our next phase of scale, expanding into global markets, launching verticalized AI solutions, and deepening enterprise penetration, we are seeking a transformative Chief Revenue Officer to architect and lead end-to-end revenue strategy, global sales governance, customer expansion frameworks, and predictable ARR growth.
This is not a sales leadership role alone. This is a full-funnel enterprise revenue transformation mandate.
Job Function
The Chief Revenue Officer will own enterprise revenue generation strategy across new business acquisition, customer expansion, channel partnerships, revenue operations, pricing governance, and long-term monetization frameworks.
This executive ensures scalable ARR growth, disciplined pipeline management, and alignment between product innovation and commercial execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year global revenue strategy aligned with enterprise AI growth objectives
- Oversee direct enterprise sales, global channel partnerships, and strategic alliances
- Architect revenue operations (RevOps) infrastructure, forecasting discipline, and pipeline governance
- Drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) expansion and long-term contract growth
- Strengthen enterprise pricing models, packaging strategy, and monetization architecture
- Align go-to-market execution with product roadmap and innovation cycles
- Build scalable sales leadership frameworks across regions and verticals
- Oversee customer expansion, cross-sell, and upsell strategies
- Guide international market entry and vertical market penetration
- Present revenue performance and growth projections to executive leadership and the Board
- Develop KPI dashboards measuring CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline velocity, and margin performance
- Lead distributed national and international revenue organizations
Strategic Support
- Advise the CEO and Board on long-term growth trajectory and capital allocation priorities
- Contribute to the M&A strategy for product or market expansion
- Strengthen investor-facing revenue narrative and performance reporting
- Align revenue architecture with AI innovation commercialization strategy
- Support IPO readiness or capital market engagement initiatives
- Guide digital transformation within sales enablement and automation systems
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive revenue leadership experience
- 10+ years within enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or high-growth technology sectors
- Proven track record scaling ARR beyond $500M+ environments or comparable enterprise growth
- Strong expertise in revenue operations, forecasting discipline, and global sales governance
- Demonstrated success leading distributed national and international revenue teams
- Experience in presenting revenue performance to the Board and institutional stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Total Executive Compensation Package: $360,000 – $455,000 USD
