Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will lead a global team of professionals across procurement, manufacturing, planning, and distribution. Your mission: build a next-generation, data-driven supply chain that ensures agility, cost-effectiveness, and competitive differentiation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead global supply chain strategy encompassing procurement, logistics, distribution, and manufacturing operations.
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for end-to-end digital transformation leveraging AI, IoT, and predictive analytics.
- Oversee supplier performance, risk management, and sustainability initiatives to ensure ethical and efficient sourcing.
- Optimize global inventory, production, and logistics operations to meet service level and cost efficiency goals.
- Implement advanced forecasting and demand planning systems to enhance responsiveness and agility.
- Foster strategic partnerships with suppliers, carriers, and technology vendors to enhance collaboration and innovation.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with global trade, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Build and mentor a world-class supply chain leadership team capable of driving transformation at scale.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain management, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-billion-dollar supply chain operations with measurable results in cost reduction, agility, and innovation.
- Deep understanding of digital supply chain technologies, automation, and analytics.
- Expertise in ERP systems, logistics optimization, and global trade management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across regions, business units, and functions.
Strategic Support
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to align operational capabilities with strategic business priorities.
- Lead strategic supply chain planning initiatives to enhance customer experience, profitability, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to implement an integrated, data-driven supply network.
- Represent the company at global forums, supplier councils, and industry think tanks.
