About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) to lead and transform the end-to-end global supply chain for a large, complex, multinational enterprise. This role is accountable for ensuring resilience, agility, cost competitiveness, and sustainability across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and distribution networks supporting multi-billion-dollar operations.
The CSCO will operate as a core member of the executive leadership team, partnering with the CEO, Board, and fellow C-suite leaders to align supply chain strategy with enterprise growth, risk management, and long-term value creation. This role goes beyond operational excellence; it is about architecting a future-ready supply chain that leverages advanced analytics, AI, automation, and digital platforms to deliver competitive advantage at a global scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise supply chain strategy, aligning global operations with corporate growth, profitability, and resilience objectives
- Lead end-to-end accountability across procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics, distribution, and inventory management
- Oversee global supplier ecosystems, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and supplier performance management
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, advanced planning systems, automation, and predictive analytics
- Establish governance models, KPIs, and operating rhythms to ensure performance, compliance, and transparency
- Build scalable operating models that balance cost efficiency, service levels, and risk management
- Lead crisis response and continuity planning for supply disruptions, geopolitical risk, and demand volatility
- Develop and mentor senior supply chain leaders, ensuring strong succession planning and organizational capability
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred)
- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, operations, or industrial manufacturing environments
- Prior experience at the C-suite or EVP level within large, complex multinational organizations
- Deep expertise in global sourcing, manufacturing networks, logistics, and integrated planning
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives across digital and physical supply chains
- Strong understanding of regulatory, ESG, and sustainability requirements impacting global supply chains
- Proven experience engaging with Boards, investors, and executive stakeholders

- Enabling growth initiatives, new product introductions, and geographic expansion
- Positioning supply chain capabilities as a strategic differentiator and driver of enterprise value

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Range: $350,000 – $435,000 USD annually
