About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our global technology vision and execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will oversee the company’s technology strategy, product innovation, and IT infrastructure, ensuring that technology fuels business growth, operational excellence, and long-term competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic visionary and a hands-on leader, capable of scaling complex ecosystems while fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and innovation. The CTO will serve as the driving force behind our digital roadmap, leading teams in cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, AI/ML integration, and data modernization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with corporate goals and business transformation initiatives.
- Lead the engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data science divisions to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms.
- Oversee the development and delivery of enterprise-wide software, applications, and digital tools that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape the organization’s digital transformation roadmap and long-term innovation agenda.
- Direct all aspects of cloud architecture, data governance, and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with modern enterprise standards.
- Champion the use of emerging technologies to improve products, services, and business processes.
- Build strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors and research institutions.
- Establish and maintain strong cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance and resilience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence across global teams.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or senior executive role.
- Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation or modernization initiatives in enterprise settings.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, data architecture, and software engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business value.
- Demonstrated experience building high-performing, cross-functional teams across global markets.
- Adept at managing multi-million-dollar technology budgets with a focus on ROI and operational impact.
Strategic Support
- Serve as the executive technology advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Strategy to ensure technology investments align with business priorities.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to deliver tech-enabled growth solutions.
- Drive enterprise risk management, ensuring technology resilience, scalability, and compliance.
