We are seeking an analytically rigorous and strategically minded Director of Business Strategy to lead enterprise strategic planning, market expansion initiatives, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional growth programs across the organization.

This is not a planning or reporting role. This is a high-impact strategic leadership mandate responsible for shaping long-term enterprise direction and enabling sustainable global growth.


Job Function

The Director of Business Strategy will lead the development and execution of enterprise growth strategies, market entry initiatives, competitive positioning frameworks, and performance improvement programs across the organization.

This executive ensures that corporate strategy aligns with product innovation, market opportunities, operational capabilities, and long-term financial performance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise strategic planning processes aligned with corporate growth and innovation objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging industry trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop long-term strategic roadmaps supporting global expansion and product portfolio growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Build advanced financial and operational models supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Establish performance dashboards tracking market share growth, strategic initiative progress, and revenue expansion metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives involving product development, operations optimization, and commercial expansion.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence analysis evaluating industry disruptors, technology innovation trends, and market dynamics.
  • Guide new market entry strategies and geographic expansion planning.
  • Support corporate investment decisions through rigorous opportunity assessment and risk analysis.
  • Facilitate executive strategy workshops and leadership alignment sessions.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations and performance insights to executive leadership and Board stakeholders.

Strategic Support

  • Advise Chief Strategy Officer and executive leadership on long-term enterprise positioning and market competitiveness.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions through strategic due diligence and integration planning.
  • Align corporate strategy with product innovation and technology development roadmaps.
  • Strengthen data-driven decision-making frameworks across business units.
  • Guide enterprise transformation initiatives supporting operational efficiency and digital innovation.
  • Contribute to investor communications and long-term corporate growth narratives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business transformation.
  • 7+ years within technology, artificial intelligence, enterprise SaaS, digital infrastructure, or innovation-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing enterprise growth strategies at a global scale.
  • Strong financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior executives across product, operations, and commercial functions.
  • Experience presenting strategic insights to executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $325,000 – $435,000 USD
