Industry: U.S. Digital Banking & FinTech Payments Platform
Executive Leadership | Reports to: Chief Risk Officer & Board Audit Committee
Location: Remote – United States

About the Organization

We are a U.S.-based digital banking and FinTech payments enterprise delivering real-time payment infrastructure, embedded finance solutions, cross-border transaction platforms, and regulatory-compliant digital asset custody services.

Operating in a highly regulated and rapidly evolving financial ecosystem, our organization manages multi-billion-dollar transaction flows across retail banking clients, enterprise merchants, and institutional partners. We operate under federal and state regulatory oversight, including OCC guidance, FDIC alignment, SEC reporting requirements, AML/BSA mandates, and evolving consumer data protection frameworks.

As digital financial services expand and regulatory scrutiny intensifies, proactive compliance architecture and enterprise-wide governance are foundational to institutional trust and operational continuity.

We are seeking a strategic Director of Compliance to lead enterprise regulatory governance, AML/BSA oversight, policy implementation, audit coordination, and risk mitigation programs, fully remote within the United States.

This is not a monitoring-only role. This is an enterprise regulatory governance mandate.
