About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Digital Growth to lead enterprise-wide digital expansion across acquisition, engagement, monetization, and lifecycle optimization within a global consumer technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, marketing, product, and technology, with direct accountability for driving sustainable, scalable growth at significant scale.

This position is designed for a senior growth leader who moves beyond channel ownership and operates as a business architect, shaping growth strategy, influencing executive investment decisions, and embedding experimentation and performance discipline across the organization. The Director of Digital Growth will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping define how the company attracts, converts, retains, and expands its global customer base.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end digital growth strategy, spanning customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue expansion
  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across marketing, product, analytics, engineering, and data science teams
  • Define and oversee enterprise experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, personalization strategies, and optimization roadmaps
  • Drive strategic decision-making related to media investment, channel mix, platform selection, and growth technology
  • Translate complex data signals into clear growth narratives, priorities, and executive-level recommendations
  • Establish scalable performance management systems, KPIs, and dashboards aligned with company objectives
  • Identify new growth opportunities through customer insight, emerging platforms, partnerships, and market expansion
  • Present growth performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred)
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth within large consumer technology, marketplace, fintech, media, or AI-driven organizations
  • Proven track record of owning a growth strategy at an enterprise or global scale
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and customer economics
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution modeling, experimentation design, and growth technology stacks
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution-informed levels

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $290,000 – $340,000 USD annually
