The Director of Digital Growth will play a pivotal role in shaping how we acquire, engage, retain, and expand customers across our ecosystem. This role owns growth strategy across performance marketing, lifecycle engagement, conversion optimization, and data-driven experimentation. You will partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Revenue leadership to ensure growth initiatives are embedded into the digital foundation of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Digital Growth Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention channels.
  • Performance Marketing Oversight: Lead paid, organic, and emerging digital channels with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and scalable growth.
  • Lifecycle & Funnel Optimization: Own end-to-end funnel performance, from first touch through long-term customer value.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Establish robust experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) across channels and platforms.
  • Data & Analytics Partnership: Collaborate with analytics teams to translate behavioral data into actionable growth insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering to embed growth capabilities into platform development.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Own growth budgets, forecasting, and performance accountability.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing growth, performance marketing, and optimization teams.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Growth, Performance Marketing, or Growth Strategy, with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven background in technology, digital platforms, e-commerce, or AI-enabled businesses.
  • Strong expertise in performance channels, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience scaling growth in complex, multi-product, or multi-region environments.
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics, experimentation, and growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Provide insight for new market entry, product launches, and platform expansion.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting and customer value optimization initiatives.
  • Align growth strategy with brand, product, and customer experience objectives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $214,000 – $310,000
  • Performance Bonus: Annual incentive tied to growth and revenue outcomes
