About the Role

Digital marketing at enterprise scale is no longer about channel execution; it is a growth engine that shapes demand, brand authority, customer experience, and revenue predictability. We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead and scale digital growth strategies for a global, technology-driven enterprise operating across multiple markets, products, and customer segments.

This role is built for a senior marketing leader who understands how to connect data, technology, and creativity to drive measurable outcomes. You will own the digital ecosystem end-to-end, paid media, owned channels, lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, analytics, and conversion optimizationensuring that every investment is accountable, optimized, and aligned with business strategy.

Working closely with Product, Sales, Brand, Data, and Executive Leadership, the Director of Digital Marketing will transform digital channels into a coordinated, insight-driven system that fuels pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and lifetime value. You will modernize digital marketing operations using AI-enabled tools, advanced attribution models, and performance analytics to improve speed, precision, and ROI.

This is not a campaign management role. It is a mandate to build digital marketing as a scalable, enterprise growth capability, one that delivers sustained impact across regions, products, and customer journeys.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise digital marketing strategy across acquisition, engagement, and conversion channels.
  • Own paid media, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, content distribution, and conversion optimization at scale.
  • Build and manage data-driven growth models aligned with revenue, pipeline, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Oversee marketing technology stack, including automation, personalization, analytics, and attribution platforms.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to align digital demand generation with go-to-market priorities.
  • Drive experimentation, testing, and optimization across channels to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track ROI, CAC, LTV, and funnel performance.
  • Lead agency relationships and vendor strategy with a focus on performance and accountability.
  • Scale global digital programs while maintaining consistency, governance, and local relevance.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing organization.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven success scaling digital acquisition and lifecycle programs within large, complex organizations.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience operating within enterprise martech ecosystems and data-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, and demand generation strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
