As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of global digital programs. This role blends creativity with analytical rigor, requiring a leader who can scale digital ecosystems, build high-performing teams, and influence enterprise strategy. You will drive measurable outcomes that enhance brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Performance Marketing: Lead paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, retargeting, and digital advertising efforts with a strong ROI focus.
- Content & Creative: Oversee content strategy, storytelling, campaign development, and brand voice across digital platforms.
- Website & Conversion Optimization: Manage web experience, CRO initiatives, UX enhancements, A/B testing, and digital funnel optimization.
- Marketing Analytics: Build dashboards, KPIs, attribution models, and insights that inform decision-making and improve campaign performance.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Guide organic traffic strategies, including search optimization, content architecture, and authority-building initiatives.
- Automation & Technology: Lead CRM, marketing automation, and digital tools integrations to scale personalization and lifecycle marketing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Data, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing digital marketing team including creators, analysts, strategists, and channel owners.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or digital brand leadership, with at least 4+ years in senior management.
- Proven experience in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital consumer businesses.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid channels, analytics, SEO, and digital content strategy.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, campaign optimization, and digital data tools.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and digital advertising technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced marketing degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable growth outcomes.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $188,000 – $248,000
