The Director of Digital Transformation plays a central leadership role in translating enterprise strategy into executable digital initiatives. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional transformation programs that modernize technology, streamline processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders, this role ensures digital investments deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives across technology, operations, and customer experience.
- Translate business strategy into digital roadmaps, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product leaders to deliver integrated transformation programs.
- Drive modernization of systems, platforms, and workflows through automation and digital enablement.
- Establish governance frameworks to track progress, manage risk, and ensure value realization.
- Oversee change management efforts to support the adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models.
- Monitor transformation KPIs and provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and improved performance through digital solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners delivering transformation initiatives.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Strategy Execution, Technology Enablement, or Operations.
- Proven success leading enterprise-level digital initiatives and modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, automation, data analytics, and process optimization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
