The Director of Marketing Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping enterprise-wide marketing measurement, attribution, experimentation, and insight generation. This leader partners closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Finance, and Technology teams to translate data into actionable intelligence that improves acquisition efficiency, customer lifetime value, and return on marketing investment.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing leader who blends deep analytical expertise with commercial awareness and strong executive communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise marketing analytics strategy across acquisition, retention, and customer lifecycle measurement.
- Design and oversee attribution models, experimentation frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
- Partner with Marketing and Growth leaders to optimize channel mix, spend efficiency, and campaign performance.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting tied to revenue impact, customer behavior, and ROI.
- Guide data strategy related to customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve tracking infrastructure, data quality, and analytics tooling.
- Support pricing, promotion, and personalization strategies through advanced analytics and insights.
- Lead test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Mentor and develop high-performing analytics and insights teams.
- Communicate insights clearly to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Data Strategy roles.
- Proven success leading analytics functions in technology-enabled or digital-first organizations.
- Strong expertise in attribution modeling, experimentation, and marketing performance analytics.
- Experience partnering with senior Marketing, Product, and Finance leaders.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms, data visualization, and customer data models.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or Business preferred.
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting insights to leadership teams.
