As the Director of Product Management, you will guide the vision, roadmap, and execution for high-impact product lines that anchor our company’s strategic priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Build and lead multi-year product strategies that align with corporate goals, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Portfolio Ownership: Direct a portfolio of enterprise products, overseeing growth strategy, roadmap development, feature planning, and lifecycle management.
- Customer & Market Insight: Lead customer discovery, competitive intelligence, market research, and demand analysis to guide product direction.
- Execution Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and GTM teams to translate strategy into actionable development plans.
- Product Performance: Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and experimentation frameworks to measure and improve product outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Governance: Ensure clear communication across product, engineering, sales, operations, and executive teams.
- Team Leadership: Develop, mentor, and empower a high-performing Product Management organization.
- Executive Presentation: Deliver product updates, progress reports, and business cases to senior leadership and key decision-makers.
- Innovation Acceleration: Identify new opportunities for market expansion, AI integration, value enhancement, and ecosystem growth.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including 4+ years leading product teams.
- Proven track record in technology, cloud SaaS, AI platforms, enterprise software, or large digital ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of agile product development, solution architecture, customer journeys, and modern UX principles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data, research, and experimentation to drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially in executive and customer-facing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across engineering, GTM, design, and leadership teams.

- Partner closely with the Chief Product Officer, CTO, Engineering VPs, Design Leaders, Data Executives, and GTM Leadership.
- Support corporate planning cycles, portfolio investment decisions, and long-range roadmap alignment.
- Provide strategic insights for pricing, packaging, monetization, and market expansion.
- Influence enterprise initiatives, including platform modernization, AI transformation, and customer experience innovation.
Working Conditions
- Remote role, with periodic travel to product workshops, strategy offsites, and customer sessions.
- Requires availability to partner with global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Fast-paced, innovation-heavy environment with high executive visibility and accelerated timelines.
- Strong collaboration expectations across virtual and multi-time-zone teams.
Job Function
- Own strategy, roadmap, and performance for key digital products within a high-growth enterprise.
- Guide PM teams in customer research, product execution, market positioning, and product delivery.
- Ensure products deliver measurable value, competitive differentiation, and market leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $245,000 – $298,000
