About the Role

The Director of Project Management will lead our enterprise Program & Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing high-value, multi-million-dollar global initiatives. This leader will ensure delivery excellence, risk mitigation, financial accountability, and alignment between technology execution and business strategy.
This is not a task-level project management role. It is a strategic leadership mandate responsible for scaling delivery frameworks, strengthening governance standards, and driving measurable business impact at enterprise scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO).
- Oversee a portfolio of large-scale transformation programs across global markets.
- Establish governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and performance standards.
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and program execution.
- Manage portfolio budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight.
- Implement risk management frameworks and escalation protocols.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to ensure program transparency and accountability.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Technology, Operations, Finance, and Client teams.
- Standardize reporting metrics and executive dashboards.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop senior project and program leaders.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise project or program management.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives.
- Experience in enterprise consulting, SaaS platforms, or global technology environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and portfolio management.
- Proven financial management and cost-control expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent executive-level certification strongly preferred.
- Experience reporting to executive leadership or board committees.
