Location: Hybrid – U.S. (Global Product Portfolio Scope)
Leadership Level: Director
Compensation Package: $270,000 – $380,000 (Base + Bonus + Long-Term Incentives)

About the Role

At enterprise scale, product management is not about shipping features; it is about orchestrating strategy, execution, and measurable value across complex product portfolios. We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product vision, delivery, and performance for a suite of high-impact digital platforms serving global customers and internal stakeholders.

This role is designed for a senior product leader who understands how to balance customer obsession, commercial outcomes, and operational discipline. You will own product direction end-to-end from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and lifecycle optimization, ensuring every product investment aligns with enterprise strategy and delivers tangible business results.

Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Go-to-Market, and Executive Leadership, the Director of Product Management will shape how products are conceived, funded, built, and measured at scale. You will introduce clarity in prioritization, rigor in execution, and accountability in outcomes across multiple product teams.

This is not a roadmap caretaker role. It is a mandate to build product management as a strategic enterprise capability, one that accelerates innovation, improves time-to-market, and maximizes long-term customer and business value.
