Level: Director
Compensation Package: $270,000 – $370,000 (Base Salary plus Performance Bonus plus Long-Term Incentives)

About the Role

At enterprise scale, public relations is no longer limited to media coverage or press releases. It is a strategic leadership function that shapes corporate credibility, protects enterprise value, and influences how the organization is perceived by customers, investors, regulators, employees, and the public. We are seeking a Director of Public Relations to lead external communications and reputation strategy for a complex, highly visible organization operating in fast-moving markets.

This role is designed for a senior communications leader who understands how to manage narrative at scale, anticipate risk, and align corporate messaging with business strategy. The Director of Public Relations will own the global PR strategy across corporate communications, executive visibility, media relations, crisis response, and thought leadership.

You will partner closely with executive leadership, Legal, Investor Relations, Marketing, and internal communications teams to ensure consistency, credibility, and control of the company’s public narrative. Your mandate is to move public relations from reactive response to a proactive, intelligence-driven discipline that strengthens trust and long-term brand equity.

This is not a tactical publicity role. It is a mandate to lead enterprise reputation management as a strategic business function.
