In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll be responsible for shaping the organization’s global quality strategy, ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing, technology, and service delivery processes. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations, you will build a robust culture of accountability and precision where data, process, and innovation intersect to ensure flawless outcomes.

This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who combines strategic vision with operational discipline — someone who can integrate modern QA methodologies, digital systems, and AI-driven analytics to elevate product reliability, customer satisfaction, and brand trust worldwide.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global Quality Assurance strategy that ensures product, process, and regulatory excellence.
  • Oversee all quality systems, including CAPA, QMS, risk management, and supplier quality performance.
  • Lead enterprise-wide compliance with FDA, ISO 9001/13485, GMP, and other global quality standards.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven root cause analysis.
  • Manage audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections across international operations.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations to embed quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Implement digital quality systems and predictive analytics to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure that innovation and reliability advance together.
  • Lead and develop a global team of quality professionals, fostering a performance-driven and learning-oriented culture.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or Life Sciences; Master’s preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in global quality systems, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing, technology, or medical device/industrial product sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO, GMP, FDA, and international quality standards.
  • Proficiency with digital QMS platforms and QA analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and change management capabilities.
  • A track record of improving quality metrics while driving innovation and cost efficiency.

Strategic Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and Executive Leadership Team on all matters related to product integrity and compliance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to align quality strategy with business goals.
  • Lead risk assessments and readiness reviews for product launches, vendor selection, and new technology adoption.
  • Drive collaboration with suppliers, customers, and global partners to strengthen quality across the value chain.

Working Conditions

  • Prior leadership experience in regulated industries (pharma, med-tech, aerospace, or automotive).
