About the Role

In modern enterprise organizations, revenue growth is no longer driven by sales alone. It is the result of tight alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, supported by data, systems, and disciplined execution. We are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to architect, scale, and optimize the operating engine that powers predictable, sustainable revenue growth.

This role is designed for a senior leader who understands how to turn strategy into revenue execution. The Director of Revenue Operations will own end-to-end revenue operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, performance analytics, incentive design, process optimization, and systems alignment across the full customer lifecycle.

You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Technology leadership to ensure that go-to-market teams are enabled, aligned, and accountable. Your mandate is to eliminate friction, improve visibility, and drive operational rigor across all revenue-generating functions.

This is not a reporting or systems-only role. It is a mandate to build revenue operations as a strategic growth capability that directly impacts performance, scalability, and enterprise valuation.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Own forecasting, pipeline governance, and revenue performance management
  • Design and optimize end-to-end go-to-market processes and operating models
  • Partner with Finance on revenue planning, quota setting, and compensation alignment
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for executive leadership
  • Oversee CRM, revenue tools, and data integrity across commercial systems
  • Drive pipeline hygiene, conversion optimization, and deal velocity improvements
  • Support pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue predictability and efficiency
  • Build and develop high-performing revenue operations teams

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 12 to 15 plus years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market roles
  • Proven success leading revenue operations at an enterprise or high-growth scale
  • Strong background in SaaS, B2B technology, or subscription-based business models
  • Deep understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and commercial teams
  • Strong systems knowledge including CRM and revenue intelligence platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
