We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead national revenue acceleration, demand generation architecture, enterprise sales alignment, and brand positioning strategy, fully remote within the United States.
This is not a regional sales oversight role. This is a mandate for revenue growth and go-to-market leadership.
Job Function
The Director of Sales & Marketing will oversee an integrated go-to-market strategy across enterprise sales, strategic account development, digital demand generation, brand positioning, and performance marketing analytics.
This executive ensures cohesive alignment between revenue generation, pipeline development, and market expansion strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy aligned with revenue growth objectives
- Lead national enterprise sales teams and performance marketing functions
- Oversee territory planning, quota governance, and performance management frameworks
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting Fortune 1000 enterprises
- Implement demand generation campaigns across digital and field channels
- Strengthen pipeline forecasting and conversion optimization processes
- Guide pricing and packaging alignment with enterprise market needs
- Oversee marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and campaign performance tracking
- Align brand positioning with cybersecurity market differentiation
- Manage strategic channel partnerships and alliance marketing initiatives
- Present revenue performance insights to executive leadership
- Lead distributed sales and marketing teams nationally
Strategic Support
- Advise the Chief Revenue Officer on the enterprise expansion strategy
- Support entry into new vertical markets and regulated industries
- Contribute to M&A integration planning for sales and marketing functions
- Align the go-to-market strategy with the product innovation roadmap
- Strengthen investor-facing revenue narrative and growth positioning
- Guide the digital transformation of revenue operations infrastructure
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 12–18+ years of progressive sales and marketing leadership experience
- 6+ years within cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or cloud technology sectors
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in competitive enterprise markets
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise sales cycles
- Strong expertise in demand generation and ABM strategy
- Demonstrated success leading distributed national teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity buying cycles
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Total Executive Compensation Package: $220,000 – $333,000 USD
