Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Strategy Development: Build, refine, and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with corporate goals, market needs, and operational priorities.
  • Network Optimization: Evaluate global supply chain footprints, distribution models, and sourcing structures to improve cost, service, and risk resilience.
  • Data & Analytics: Oversee supply chain modeling, forecasting, performance dashboards, and scenario-planning frameworks.
  • Transformation & Innovation: Drive major initiatives in automation, digital supply chain, sustainability, and technology adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to enable integrated supply chain decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Identify supply vulnerabilities, develop mitigation plans, and lead efforts to strengthen continuity and reliability.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead strategic reviews, long-range planning cycles, and executive reporting for supply chain leadership teams.
  • Vendor & Partner Strategy: Support strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and partnership development.
  • Performance Improvement: Develop programs to optimize cost, lead time, inventory, quality, and operational throughput across the network.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Strategy, Operations Strategy, Procurement, Logistics, or Manufacturing.
  • Strong background in technology, manufacturing, consumer goods, or global supply chain organizations.
  • Experience leading large-scale strategy initiatives, transformation programs, or supply chain redesigns.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, modeling tools, forecasting systems, and supply chain analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, S&OP, demand/supply planning, and global sourcing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to present insights and strategies to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Influence enterprise-level decisions related to global expansion, sustainability, and operational resilience.
  • Support corporate planning cycles, capital investments, and sourcing strategies with data-backed insights.
  • Collaborate with Finance to build cost models, business cases, and ROI assessments for major initiatives.
  • Drive strategic alignment across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and inventory functions.

Working Conditions
