About the Role

At enterprise scale, technology operations are no longer about keeping systems running; they are about ensuring reliability, resilience, and performance in environments where downtime, latency, and inefficiency directly impact revenue and trust. We are seeking a Director of Technology Operations to lead and evolve the operational backbone of a large, technology-driven organization operating across multiple platforms, regions, and business units.

This role is designed for a senior leader who understands how to bridge strategy and execution. The Director of Technology Operations will oversee day-to-day technology operations while driving modernization, automation, and operational excellence across infrastructure, platforms, and service delivery. You will ensure systems are secure, scalable, and resilient while enabling rapid innovation and growth.

Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Security, and Enterprise IT leadership, you will define how technology is operated, monitored, and continuously improved at scale. This includes strengthening incident management, service reliability, cost efficiency, and operational governance while preparing the organization for future growth and transformation.
