As the Director of Technology Operations, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams responsible for cloud operations, infrastructure reliability, monitoring, incident response, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to influence enterprise-wide decisions while ensuring a stable, scalable, and secure operating environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across cloud environments, infrastructure systems, platform engineering, and service reliability.
- Build and maintain operational frameworks, including uptime standards, monitoring strategies, and incident management processes.
- Partner with Engineering, Security, and Architecture teams to align technology roadmaps and operational requirements.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual workloads and improve operational predictability.
- Oversee operational reporting models, dashboards, KPIs, and performance transparency for executive stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, technology contracts, and third-party service performance.
- Provide strategic guidance during incidents, outages, and high-impact operational events.
- Support infrastructure scalability, cost optimization, and long-term capacity planning.
- Lead operational readiness for new product releases, platform launches, and system enhancements.
- Mentor and develop teams across operations, engineering support, and infrastructure functions.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, or related technical leadership roles.
- Experience managing complex environments involving cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of monitoring systems, automation frameworks, incident management, and operational governance.
- Success leading multi-team technical environments in medium or large enterprise organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced technical certifications or degrees preferred.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Working Conditions
