In this pivotal role, you’ll own end-to-end delivery for flagship conferences, client summits, product launches, and executive experiences. You will collaborate across marketing, communications, creative, and business development teams to deliver unforgettable experiences that align with our brand’s global narrative.
This position requires a master orchestrator someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, logistics, and stakeholder management. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing, you’ll develop event strategies that elevate customer engagement, strengthen brand loyalty, and reinforce our market leadership.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and delivery for corporate events, client experiences, and high-impact conferences across multiple markets.
- Develop event strategy frameworks aligned with brand positioning and annual marketing objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, venue selection, creative production, vendor partnerships, and logistics from concept through post-event analysis.
- Partner cross-functionally with executives, marketing, communications, and sales teams to drive event ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Manage on-site event execution ensuring world-class experiences through seamless operations, technical delivery, and customer engagement.
- Define event KPIs and use data analytics to measure success, optimize performance, and inform future strategy.
- Oversee third-party agency collaboration, contracts, and compliance to maintain brand and service standards.
- Champion innovation in event technology, from virtual platforms to hybrid event integration and AI-based audience personalization.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in event strategy, corporate events, or experiential marketing.
- Proven success managing large-scale B2B or enterprise events with budgets exceeding $2M.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
- Strong vendor negotiation skills and understanding of contracting and risk management.
- Deep knowledge of event technologies (virtual platforms, CRM integration, data analytics).
- Creative vision paired with operational discipline and budget accountability.
Strategic Support
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales Executives to translate business objectives into experiential strategies.
- Provide thought leadership on event innovation, sustainability, and audience engagement trends.
- Drive alignment between brand narrative and event messaging for global consistency.
- Support leadership on enterprise-wide programs such as employee summits and strategic partnership events.
Working Conditions
