The Executive Vice President, Information & Transformation serves as a senior executive responsible for defining and leading the organization’s digital strategy, information systems roadmap, modernization initiatives, and enterprise transformation agenda. This role aligns technology investment, operational efficiency, and transformational leadership with broader business goals.
This position is designed for a visionary executive who can orchestrate enterprise-wide programs, modernize core systems, lead innovation efforts, and embed a culture of agility, digitization, and continuous improvement across global operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership over Information Technology, Digital Strategy, Data & Analytics, and Transformation programs.
- Develop and implement a multi-year digital modernization roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee enterprise platforms, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance frameworks.
- Lead transformation initiatives across operations, technology, and business functions, ensuring measurable performance outcomes.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI, automation, cloud-native solutions, and advanced analytics.
- Establish transformation governance, performance metrics, and accountability systems.
- Guide cross-functional teams in executing modernization, integration, and optimization programs.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Strategy to align transformation investments with enterprise objectives.
- Strengthen operational resilience, cybersecurity posture, and business continuity capabilities.
- Present strategic updates, transformation progress, and investment recommendations to senior leadership and board stakeholders.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Enterprise Strategy, or Innovation roles.
- Proven track record leading multi-year transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.
- Deep expertise across enterprise technology, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data architecture, and operational systems.
- Experience overseeing cross-functional programs with large budgets and global impact.
- Strong understanding of organizational change, process optimization, and digital operations maturity models.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS in IT/Engineering) preferred.
- Exceptional executive communication and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
