The Executive Vice President, Finance & Growth is a senior executive role responsible for unifying financial strategy, growth analytics, capital allocation, and enterprise performance management. This leader collaborates closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to inform strategic decision-making, drive profitable growth, and maintain financial rigor throughout the organization.

This role is designed for a finance executive who combines deep financial expertise with strong commercial instinct and operational awareness, someone who can translate data into insight and strategy into measurable results.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, including forecasting, long-range planning, and growth analytics.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align financial priorities with growth objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee capital allocation, investment governance, and financial modeling to support scalable expansion.
  • Drive revenue and margin optimization through pricing strategy support, unit economics analysis, and performance insights.
  • Support corporate development initiatives, including acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Strengthen financial governance, reporting standards, and transparency across business units.
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives involving systems modernization, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Sales, and Technology leaders to improve profitability and operating leverage.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and board review.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing senior finance leadership team.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in enterprise or high-growth organizations.
  • Strong background in FP&A, corporate finance, growth analytics, and strategic planning.
  • Proven experience supporting revenue growth, scaling operations, and enterprise transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making and partner cross-functionally.
  • Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to boards and senior stakeholders.

  • Partner with Strategy and Corporate Development teams on expansion and transformation initiatives.
  • Strengthen enterprise financial maturity, controls, and decision-making frameworks.

  • Base Salary: $370,000 – $430,000
