The Executive Vice President of Transformation & Strategy Execution serves as a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping transformation portfolios, overseeing enterprise-wide change, and ensuring strategic priorities are operationalised with discipline, visibility, and impact. This executive leads programs that modernise systems, accelerate innovation, streamline operating models, and strengthen enterprise readiness for future growth.

This role is ideal for a transformation visionary with deep operational understanding, strong strategic instincts, and proven success guiding large organisations through complex evolution.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise transformation programs including digital modernisation, operational redesign, technology adoption, and organisational capability building.
  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable execution plans, governance frameworks, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Oversee the Transformation Management Office (TMO) or PMO, ensuring rigorous execution, measurable outcomes, and aligned prioritisation.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, HR, Finance, and Product to create integrated transformation roadmaps.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and design scalable solutions that improve performance, quality, and customer experience.
  • Lead enterprise change management, cultural transformation, communication plans, and leadership engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to guide transformation direction.
  • Present transformation progress, risks, sequencing strategies, and performance insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
  • Institutionalise transformation capabilities that ensure repeatability, efficiency, and sustainable organisational evolution.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in Transformation, Strategy Execution, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Operations.
  • Experience leading large-scale, multi-year transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong background in operational strategy, organisational design, process optimisation, and enterprise change.
  • Proven success partnering with C-suite leaders and influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Experience within technology, digital services, SaaS, consulting, or globally scaling enterprises strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Highly proficient in transformation methodologies, enterprise PMO frameworks, KPI governance, and digital innovation practices.

  • Support annual and long-range planning processes, aligning strategic objectives with roadmap feasibility.
  • Provide leadership for enterprise capability building, including digital fluency, operational efficiency, and organisational alignment.
  • Strengthen governance models, ensuring transparency, accountability, and performance tracking.
  • Influence culture formation through transformational leadership, talent development, and communication initiatives.

Working Conditions
