The Executive Vice President of Transformation is a senior executive role responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable operational and financial outcomes. This leader partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to modernize systems, redesign processes, enable new ways of working, and strengthen enterprise readiness for future growth.

This role is ideal for a transformation leader who combines strategic vision with rigorous execution and has a proven track record of delivering large-scale change in complex organizations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise transformation strategy encompassing digital modernization, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Translate corporate strategy into executable transformation roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee transformation portfolios, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and disciplined execution across initiatives.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product leaders to drive integrated transformation outcomes.
  • Establish governance frameworks for change management, risk mitigation, and performance accountability.
  • Drive adoption of new operating models, digital platforms, and automation initiatives.
  • Monitor transformation progress and provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership and board stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization initiatives, and scalability improvements.
  • Lead cultural and behavioral change programs that support enterprise transformation goals.
  • Build and mentor senior transformation leaders and cross-functional teams.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Transformation, Strategy Execution, Management Consulting, or Enterprise Operations.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, multi-year transformation programs in complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, process optimization, and organizational change management.
  • Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $370,000 – $430,000
  • Annual executive performance bonus
