Industry: Global Pharmaceutical & Specialty Biologics Supply Network
Executive Leadership Level | Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Location: New Jersey | Basel | Singapore | Hybrid Executive Structure
About the Organization
We are a global pharmaceutical and specialty biologics organization delivering life-saving therapies across oncology, rare diseases, immunology, and advanced biologics to more than 70 countries worldwide.
Our distribution ecosystem includes ultra-cold chain logistics, controlled substance compliance, temperature-sensitive biologic transport, regional distribution hubs, and partnerships with global healthcare systems, hospital networks, and government agencies.

With increasing regulatory scrutiny, supply chain volatility, and global demand acceleration, we are seeking a strategic Head of Distribution to lead our worldwide distribution architecture.
This is not a warehouse leadership role. This is a global distribution governance mandate.
