We are seeking a strategic and operationally disciplined Head of Administration to lead enterprise-wide administrative governance, corporate services optimization, policy standardization, and executive support functions across global regions.
This is not a facilities coordination role. This is a large-scale enterprise administration mandate.
Job Function
The Head of Administration will oversee corporate administration functions, including office operations, facilities governance, travel management, executive support services, vendor coordination, enterprise policy implementation, and internal operational controls across multi-region operations.
This role ensures administrative excellence, supporting large-scale engineering and infrastructure programs worldwide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead global administrative strategy across corporate and regional offices
- Oversee facilities operations, lease management, and infrastructure services
- Establish standardized administrative policies across international sites
- Manage executive support services and enterprise-level coordination
- Optimize vendor contracts related to corporate services and facility management
- Drive operational efficiency across administrative workflows
- Implement digital systems to streamline administrative reporting and documentation
- Monitor administrative budgets and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements
- Support onboarding and workforce administration processes
- Lead business continuity planning for corporate facilities
- Oversee internal communications infrastructure and document management systems
- Provide executive-level reporting on administrative performance metrics
Strategic Support
- Advise senior leadership on enterprise operational efficiency initiatives
- Support expansion into new geographic markets through administrative setup planning
- Contribute to post-acquisition integration of corporate offices
- Align administrative operations with ESG and sustainability initiatives
- Strengthen risk management frameworks tied to physical and corporate infrastructure
- Support the digital transformation of enterprise support functions
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 12–15+ years of progressive administration or corporate operations leadership experience
- 5+ years within global enterprises, infrastructure, engineering, or capital-intensive industries
- Proven experience managing multi-site administrative operations
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation capability
- Experience overseeing facilities and corporate services budgets
- Knowledge of governance and compliance standards in multinational organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional support teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field required; MBA preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $182,000 – $275,000 USD
