This is not a campaign management role. This is a global brand stewardship mandate.


Job Function

The Head of Brand will lead global brand strategy, visual identity governance, experiential positioning, storytelling frameworks, brand partnerships, and reputation consistency across all markets and touchpoints.

This executive will ensure cohesive brand expression across properties, digital platforms, global campaigns, cultural collaborations, and luxury experiences.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global brand strategy aligned with long-term growth and premium positioning
  • Oversee brand architecture across multiple luxury sub-brands and experiential verticals
  • Develop cohesive global brand guidelines governing visual identity, tone, and storytelling
  • Lead creative direction for global campaigns, launches, and experiential activations
  • Ensure brand consistency across properties, digital channels, and physical environments
  • Oversee partnerships with luxury fashion, art, and cultural institutions
  • Strengthen brand positioning in emerging international markets
  • Manage global brand equity measurement frameworks and perception analytics
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Experience teams to deliver immersive brand touchpoints
  • Guide rebranding or repositioning initiatives for newly acquired properties
  • Oversee creative agencies and brand consultancy partnerships
  • Present brand performance insights to executive leadership

Strategic Support

  • Advise executive leadership on brand equity valuation and positioning strategy
  • Support international market expansion and property launches
  • Align brand narrative with sustainability and ESG commitments
  • Strengthen cross-functional integration between Brand, Marketing, and Guest Experience
  • Contribute to M&A brand integration planning
  • Support investor communications related to brand value and premium positioning

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 12–18+ years of progressive brand leadership experience
  • 6+ years within luxury hospitality, premium consumer goods, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record in building and scaling global brand equity
  • Experience leading multi-region brand governance frameworks
  • Strong creative direction and storytelling capability
  • Experience collaborating with design, architecture, and experiential teams
  • Demonstrated success managing global creative agencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field required; advanced degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $228,000 – $312,000 USD
