As digital commerce accelerates and consumer behavior evolves toward frictionless, data-driven, and immersive experiences, we are seeking a transformative Head of Digital to lead enterprise-wide digital strategy, innovation, and performance optimization at global scale.
This is not a web operations role. This is a digital transformation and enterprise modernization mandate.
Job Function
The Head of Digital will architect and execute the global digital roadmap across e-commerce, digital product innovation, AI-driven customer engagement, performance marketing integration, digital analytics, and omnichannel experience strategy.
This executive will drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and brand engagement through scalable digital infrastructure and advanced consumer insights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global digital transformation strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives
- Lead e-commerce performance optimization across international markets
- Oversee digital product development, UX/UI strategy, and platform scalability
- Implement AI-powered personalization and predictive customer engagement systems
- Integrate omnichannel commerce capabilities across physical and digital environments
- Drive mobile commerce innovation and application performance enhancements
- Oversee digital analytics, customer data platforms, and performance measurement frameworks
- Align performance marketing strategies with digital platform capabilities
- Strengthen cybersecurity and data privacy governance in partnership with security leadership
- Guide digital experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization initiatives
- Manage global digital budgets and vendor partnerships
- Present digital performance insights and innovation roadmap to executive leadership
Strategic Support
- Advise the CEO on digital revenue acceleration and global market expansion
- Support entry into emerging digital commerce markets
- Contribute to M&A digital integration and platform harmonization
- Align digital innovation strategy with long-term brand evolution
- Strengthen partnerships with global technology providers and cloud platforms
- Support ESG initiatives through sustainable digital transformation practices
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 12–18+ years of progressive digital leadership experience
- 6+ years in e-commerce, consumer technology, or global retail environments
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in AI-driven personalization and data analytics platforms
- Experience managing multi-region digital teams
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail ecosystems
- Demonstrated success driving digital revenue growth at scale
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Total Executive Compensation Package: $228,000 – $362,000 USD
