As demand for enterprise AI adoption accelerates worldwide, we are seeking a transformational Head of Global Sales to architect and scale our international revenue engine.

This is not a regional sales leadership role. This is a global enterprise revenue acceleration mandate.


Job Function

The Head of Global Sales will lead worldwide sales strategy, enterprise account growth, regional expansion, channel development, and revenue operations alignment across North America, EMEA, APAC, and emerging markets.

This executive will drive predictable, scalable revenue growth in complex enterprise sales cycles involving AI transformation initiatives and high-value infrastructure contracts.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global enterprise sales strategy aligned with $1B+ ARR growth objectives
  • Lead multi-region sales organizations across enterprise, strategic, and public sector segments
  • Oversee territory design, quota allocation, and performance management frameworks
  • Drive complex enterprise deal strategy for multi-million-dollar AI and cloud contracts
  • Establish global forecasting discipline and pipeline analytics systems
  • Build and scale regional leadership teams across key international markets
  • Develop strategic channel, alliance, and hyperscaler partnership programs
  • Align global account-based selling models with enterprise customer lifecycles
  • Implement sales enablement infrastructure for high-complexity AI product portfolios
  • Strengthen customer expansion, retention, and upsell programs
  • Partner with Product and Marketing leadership to refine global GTM execution
  • Present global revenue performance updates to executive leadership and the Board

Strategic Support

  • Advise CRO and CEO on global market penetration and expansion strategy
  • Support entry into regulated and sovereign markets
  • Contribute to M&A integration of acquired sales organizations
  • Guide pricing evolution and commercial structuring for enterprise AI offerings
  • Align sales growth with long-term capital planning and investment priorities
  • Strengthen enterprise-level customer success alignment with sales expansion

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership experience
  • 8+ years managing multi-region global sales organizations
  • Proven track record scaling ARR beyond $500M+
  • Deep experience in enterprise SaaS, AI infrastructure, or cloud technology sectors
  • Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar transformation deals
  • Strong knowledge of global revenue operations and forecasting discipline
  • Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $300,000 – $422,000 USD
