About the Role

As the organization continues to grow across digital platforms, global operations, and complex data environments, IT leadership plays a critical role in enabling reliability, modernization, and long-term enterprise resilience.

The Head of Information Technology is an executive leadership role responsible for defining and executing enterprise IT strategy across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data platforms, and end-user services. This leader partners closely with executive leadership to ensure technology investments align with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and future growth objectives.

This role is designed for a senior IT executive who combines deep technical expertise with strong operational discipline, financial stewardship, and executive-level influence.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and lead enterprise IT strategy aligned with business growth, digital transformation, and risk management goals.
  • Oversee global IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, service management, and end-user computing.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems and platforms.
  • Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and incident response in partnership with security leadership.
  • Drive IT modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, platform consolidation, and automation.
  • Establish governance frameworks for architecture, change management, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage IT budgets, cost optimization, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, HR, and Commercial leaders to deliver technology-enabled business outcomes.
  • Build and mentor senior IT leaders and global technology teams.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on technology performance, risk posture, and investment outcomes.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Information Technology or Enterprise Technology roles.
  • Proven success leading large-scale IT organizations within complex, regulated, or global environments.
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, ITSM, enterprise architecture, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business and financial objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Technology or Business strongly preferred.
  • Executive-level communication skills with experience engaging boards and senior leadership.

  • Influence long-range planning related to infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data capabilities.
  • Provide insights on emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory developments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $350,000 – $480,000
