The Head of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance, process optimization, and execution discipline across the organization. This leader partners closely with executive leadership to design scalable operating models, improve efficiency, and ensure the business runs with speed, reliability, and accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide operations strategy aligned with business growth and organizational priorities.
- Design and implement scalable operating models that support efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Oversee day-to-day operational execution across multiple business functions or regions.
- Establish performance management frameworks, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Technology, Finance, Product, and HR teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Support planning, budgeting, and resource allocation processes.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve execution speed and service delivery.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operations teams.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Business Operations, or Program Leadership roles.
- Proven success managing complex operations in technology-driven or digital environments.
- Strong understanding of operational metrics, process improvement, and performance management.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
