As cyber risk becomes a board-level priority across industries, we are seeking a transformative Head of Sales to architect and scale a global enterprise sales engine capable of sustaining multi-billion-dollar revenue growth.

This is not a regional leadership role. This is a global revenue execution mandate.


Job Function

The Head of Sales will lead enterprise sales strategy, territory architecture, global account expansion, strategic deal execution, and performance management across North America, EMEA, APAC, and emerging markets.

This executive will drive predictable revenue growth across complex, long-cycle enterprise sales environments involving multi-million-dollar cybersecurity transformation contracts.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global enterprise sales strategy aligned with long-term ARR growth targets
  • Lead multi-region enterprise and strategic account sales teams
  • Architect territory design, quota frameworks, and compensation alignment models
  • Drive complex deal structuring for multi-million-dollar zero-trust and cloud security contracts
  • Implement advanced forecasting, pipeline analytics, and revenue performance dashboards
  • Develop global channel and alliance strategies with hyperscalers and integrators
  • Align sales execution with product roadmap and marketing demand generation programs
  • Strengthen key account retention and expansion initiatives
  • Oversee sales enablement infrastructure and performance training programs
  • Lead negotiation strategies for enterprise and public-sector contracts
  • Manage executive-level client escalations and relationship governance
  • Present revenue forecasts and growth plans to executive leadership and the Board

Strategic Support

  • Advise CRO and CEO on international market expansion strategy
  • Support entry into highly regulated and sovereign markets
  • Contribute to M&A sales integration planning
  • Guide pricing evolution and enterprise packaging strategy
  • Align sales operations with long-term corporate valuation objectives
  • Strengthen strategic enterprise partnerships at a global scale

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership experience
  • 8+ years in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or cloud infrastructure industries
  • Proven track record scaling ARR beyond $500M+
  • Demonstrated success in closing enterprise contracts exceeding $10M+
  • Experience managing global sales teams across multiple regions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity market dynamics
  • Advanced forecasting and revenue operations discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $328,000 – $412,000 USD
