Executive Leadership Level | Reports to: Chief Executive Officer & Board Risk Committee
Location: New York | London | Singapore | Hybrid Executive Structure

About the Organization

We are a global digital banking and fintech infrastructure platform delivering real-time payments, embedded finance solutions, AI-driven fraud detection, digital asset custody, and cross-border settlement services across 50+ jurisdictions.

Our ecosystem processes billions of daily transactions for financial institutions, enterprises, and sovereign entities. Operating in a highly regulated and cyber-targeted environment, we manage complex compliance frameworks while defending against evolving cyber threats, financial crime, insider risk, and geopolitical instability.

As the financial services landscape becomes increasingly digitized and globally interconnected, security is foundational to institutional trust and systemic stability.

We are seeking a strategic Head of Security to architect and lead enterprise-wide security governance across cyber defense, physical infrastructure protection, fraud intelligence coordination, and operational resilience.

This is not a tactical IT security role. This is an enterprise risk leadership mandate.
